When you request a call, we collect the information you submit (e.g., name, work email, company name, company size, industry, and optional notes). We use it only to respond to your request and schedule a call.

When you start self-serve signup, we collect the work email and selected plan you submit so we can authenticate you, complete workspace setup, and deliver service emails related to your account.

During self-serve workspaces and guided pilots, AskWise processes interview responses and related metadata (e.g., segment/role tags) to generate evidence-grounded diagnostic reports. Where enabled, anonymity and redaction controls apply.

We use service providers (subprocessors) to host the product, send emails, and run AI processing. See the Subprocessors page for details.

You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
