AskWise uses trusted service providers to operate the product (hosting, email delivery, AI processing). We list them here for transparency.

Current subprocessors

This list reflects currently confirmed providers in the AskWise stack and deployment docs.

  • OpenRouter - primary AI inference gateway and model routing for adaptive follow-ups and report synthesis. Region: provider-managed infrastructure per OpenRouter account controls.
  • OpenAI - AI processing (adaptive follow-ups, report synthesis). Region: provider-managed infrastructure per OpenAI account controls.
  • Mailgun - invitation and notification emails. Region: account-dependent (US/EU availability).
  • DigitalOcean - application hosting, managed PostgreSQL, and object storage backups (Spaces). Region: configured per environment.
  • Sentry - reliability and security monitoring. Region: provider-managed workspace region.
